Tricia Axtell, True North’s Operations Manager, has years of experience and loads of passion when it comes to working in the industry! She’s a natural at connecting with others and learning about their experiences with medical cannabis.

More than anything, Tricia is interested in how cannabis works uniquely for each person. She’s dedicated to educating and helping others find what works for them, and she’s phenomenal at it.

Meet Chris McCormick, True North’s back of house operations manager. Chris comes to us with years of insurance experience. He believes in the natural benefits that medical cannabis has to offer and is passionate about helping to remove the stigma that still exists.

Chris is a proud born and raised Siouxlander and has two beautiful daughters. Outside of work, you can find him working out, playing tennis or coaching his daughters’ sports teams.

Ben has years of experience in politics, non-profit work, and business consulting. He became a believer in medical cannabis after seeing what it did for his father while he was struggling with cancer.

Ben grew up in Union County. When he is not at the dispensary, he is either traveling, training for his next triathlon, or hanging out with his wife and the cutest Boston Terriers on earth.

Weekend Director of Security, Emeritus

Morty is a dog of many talents. His expertise is in cheese taxation; however, he also served as the weekend director of security at True North for the first 18 months of operations. During that time, he had a perfect record. He was able to de-escalate every tense situation through sheer force of cuteness.

Now that he is retired from his security responsibilities, he spends his time stealing his sister’s toys and generally running the house.
